	Once the Database Results Wizard has opened we will insure that there is a dot in the "Use an Existing database connection", and in the dropdown box it says "linklist" If so Click Next.
	In Step 2 of 5, Click - Next
	Ok in step 3 of 5 we will tell the wizard what fields we want to show up. To do this we will click on the "Edit List" button
	In the Displayed Fields list click on "Key" and then click - Remove. Next Click on "Choice" and then click Remove.
	The window should now look like the example to the left. If it does then click - Ok
