	Next Click - Parameters
	In the Hyperlink Parameters dialog box click on - Insert Field Value
	Choose URL by clicking on it
	Your dialog box should look like this. if so click - Ok
	The address should now look like this, if so Click - Ok
	Next Click on <<URL>> then right click on the highlighted area and choose Database Column Value Properties
	Put a check mark in the Display as hyperlink box and click - Ok
