We need to Verify our database before we start to use it. This is easy with FrontPage. First close any open pages. With your site opened on the server choose Tools, Then select "Web settings" by clicking on it.
In the Web Settings dialog box select the tab called Database by clicking on it
Select linklist by clicking once on it and then click "Verify"
Once the database connection has been verified the question mark next to your connection name will become a check mark. Next click - "Apply" and then click - "Ok"
Lets now take a look at our link list page viewed on the web. It should show No Records Returned four times as we haven't yet entered any records into the database yet. It should look similar to our example.
Lets enter some links into our database by using the submission form we created earlier. First open the page in a browser, live on the web, and then enter The FrontPageWizard in the Name Box.

Next Enter a short description maybe something like "A site devoted to helping you get the most out of your FrontPage - Based Web Site. Includes tips, tricks and lots of cool resources"
Next place a check in the circle next to FrontPage resources and enter the following URL - http://www.frontpagewizard.com

Next Click - OK
Click - Return to form and enter a link for each of the Choices, following the same steps as before
