You have now added a results region to your link list page that will show the links that belong in Option 1.

Place your curser just beneath the database results region you just created  (below the bottom yellow bar, not in it or in between them, but below them in a blank area of the page.) and hit enter twice to move your curser down a bit and to leave room to insert a title later.

You will need to repeat the steps above three more times. each time follow the same steps as before with only one exception. You will Change the Value for your "Choice"  to 2 and then 3 and then 4. Also make sure each time that you set the default to 2 and 3 and 4.

My bet is once you've done it twice, you want need the help on the third and fourth time. When you have finished and have 4 separate database results regions showing on your page, Add a horizontal line just beneath each one.
